I love Sens because it gives me the high-quality nutrients in a way that does not harm the environment that I love so much.

Proteins are key nutrients in my diet and essential for maintaining my strength and endurance when climbing. Tell us more about your passion for climbing?
I've been climbing for as long as I can remember. I was born into a family where everybody climbs, so it was just natural that I got hooked on climbing as well. When I was 7 years old, I told myself I would be a professional climber and 20 years later, I'm living my dream. Climbing is as much fun as I remember, and besides being a sport, it is a lifestyle that never ceases to amaze me. I love the fact of being high above the ground, in places that few people can reach, which makes me feel free.

How important is nutrition for your sport?
I see nutrition as the most important part of recovery. The better you recover, the better you can train the day after. So I do think a lot about nutrition and I definitely care a lot about what I eat.

How do you see nutrition vs sustainability?
As a top-level athlete it can sometimes be tough to get all the necessary nutrients and only eat sustainably produced foods. Sens provides the possibility to consume natural and healthy meals that are both sustainable and ideal for my diet and lifestyle.
