We use cricket protein because it provides the same nutritional value as meat but with a much lower impact on our environment. Crickets need fewer natural resources than traditional livestock and they produce 100x less greenhouse gasses than cattle. They are the perfect complement to plants. Cricket powder carries all essential amino acids, vitamin B12, calcium, and bioavailable iron. These nutrients are often low or missing from a plant-based diet.
Cricket protein powder has only one ingredient, crickets. There are no additives, chemicals, or preservatives, just 100% crickets. After opening, store it in a closed container in the fridge.
Sometimes called also cricket flour. Our powder is not a replacement for regular flour, such as wheat flour. You could mix it with a different type of flour, or just add it to your favourite recipe. You can add the cricket protein powder to any of your favourite recipe and boost it with protein, vitamin B12, and iron. You can start with: smoothies, pancakes, cookies, muffins, nachos, banana bread, omelettes, soups, biscuits, puddings etc.
The sens cricket protein powder only adds a nutritious boost and has almost no flavour. Hence, we do not recommend eating it as it is. If you are looking for protein powder for drinking, try our CHOCOLATE CRICKET PROTEIN BLEND.
