450 g Magerquark
1 ½ TL Baking powder
1 ½ TL Salt

as much as you want: Spices
as much as you want: Cheese
The powder is basically tasteless, or rather, taste bit nutty. So, it's perfect protein supplement and you would never guess the origin - HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!
