We listened to your feedback and made some changes to our protein bars. Did you think they were a bit too dry? You don’t need to worry about that anymore. We went back to the drawing board and reworked the recipes. You can look forward to a new and improved consistency, mouth feel, and even nutritional profile!

You will enjoy eating them

“Hey, your protein bars are nutritious and tasty but they easily crumble and feel dry in the mouth.”

We heard complaints and feedback like this quite often. So, we decided to do something about it. We went back to the kitchen and messed around with our recipes. We adjusted the proportions of the ingredients we use and added sunflower lecithin. We are really happy with how the protein bars turned out! No more crumbling. No more “feels like desert in the mouth”.  The improvements are substantial just wait till you get your hands on them!

Even less simple sugar

While we were at it we also managed to improve the nutritional profile of our bars! There’s now even less sugar and even more fibre. The Dark Chocolate & Sesame now has only 3,5 g of simple sugars instead of the original 4,4 g. Similarly, the Peanut Butter & Cinnamon only has 6,7 g instead of 7,4 g. It’s even easier to stay low-carb with our bars now. And of course they are still really tasty and contain 20 g of quality protein and your favourite ingredient – cricket flour. We hope will be as excited about the new recipes as we are when you taste them.
