This delicacy is the result of several years of experiments, testing, tasting, and seeking new approaches. Sens jerky is a combination of cricket and plant proteins, put together in a way that lets you bite into Sens jerky just like into beef or turkey jerky.
Dried Sens jerky in BBQ flavour. Ingredients: Sens jerky 61 % (cricket protein (Acheta Domesticus) (45 %), soy protein isolate, wheat gluten), fermented vinegar, humectant: glycerol, dried onion, rapeseed oil, prunes (prunes 99 %, preservative: potassium sorbate, sunflower oil), natural flavouring, dried tomato powder, sugar, sea salt, rice flour, yeast extract, spice mix.
Dried Sens jerky in TERIYAKI flavour. Ingredients: Sens jerky 50 % (cricket protein (Acheta Domesticus) (45 %), soy protein isolate, wheat gluten), soy sauce (water, salt, soy hydrolysate, sugar, vinegar), tomato paste, red wine extract, sugar, plum paste, potato starch, humectant: glycerol, rapeseed oil, sesame seed, yeast extract, rice flour, natural flavouring, spice blend, salt.
Not suitable for consumers with soy, sesame and gluten allergies. People who are allergic to molluscs and crustaceans or dust mites may have an allergic reaction to crickets. The oxygen absorber inside the package is not for consumption. Store dry, protect from heat. Once opened, consume within 24 hours.
